Fall Protection Competent Person (OSHA)

Service Description

This 2-day (16 hour) training class includes the fundamentals required for OSHA designated employee.  Fall Hazard elimination, controls, and hierarchy.  Applicable regulations and definitions  Fall Hazard Surveys and Fall Protection Procedures  Responsibilities of Designated Persons  Detailed Inspection of Equipment, Components, and Subsystems  Determination of Unsafe Systems  Fall Protection Rescue Considerations  Selection and Use of Non-Certified Anchorages Upon successful completion of coursework and written test, candidates will receive a laminated certificate wallet card and pdf certificate. The class is held at our Arlington, WA training facility, and equipment will be provided for use during the class. This is a hands-on demonstration course with numerous techniques and mock setups provided. Minimum 4 students, Maximum 10 students, no prior experience necessary. Lunch Provided.
