Booking Policy 

For SPRAT Levels 1-3 Class, there is no guarantee that the candidate will pass the written or practical examinations. The evaluation fee included in the course fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable. No "Discounts" will be given to re-book.

 

If a candidate desires to retest/re-evaluate, Heights Above LLC will prepare a proposal for additional charges (which may vary depending on course type/amount of training dates requested)

 

Please reference SPRAT Policies (Public Documentation) Re: Retesting Schedules and Details. Candidates will be required to provide emergency contact information, DOB, Personal Address/Personal Phone Number, and Full Name to enroll in SPRAT Classes (Due to SPRAT enrollment policies)

You must have No Medical Contraindications or active injuries that may impede candidates' training or rescue abilities.

All session training candidates must be 18 years of age or older to qualify.

All cancellations must be made in writing to mark@heightsabovellc.com Registrations cancelled prior to 15 days before the start of the course are not subject to a cancellation fee. Registrations canceled 14 to 8 days before the start of the course shall be charged 50% of the course fee. Cancellations 7 or fewer days before the start date of the course will be charged the full course fee. All cancellation fees will be processed on the start date of the course.

Heights Above LLC has the right to cancel a training class if there is insufficient enrollment or for any other reason not listed. If Heights Above LLC cancels a training class for which you are registered for a reason other than a force majeure, Heights Above LLC will reschedule you for another program or, if you prefer, refund your prior registration dues.

Candidates and or the hosting company/firm agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Heights Above LLC, its affiliates, and their respective members, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of your registration and payment for a training program.

After registering and paying for a training class the candidates must sign and return to us a copy of our liability waiver, photo release, and training rules forms.

Payment Terms: Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO IMPOSE A1 1/2% (18% PER ANNUM) FINANCE CHARGE ON ALL PAST DUE INVOICES.
